Record the service boundary first
Before recording cards or interpretations, note the service type, duration, fee, question scope, permission to retain materials, and conditions for stopping.
These facts help peers assess whether the practice was clear, consensual, and consistent more than a detailed life story would.
Retain only what is necessary
Do not retain full names, contact details, birth data, health details, or third-party information by default. Where necessary, state purpose, retention period, and deletion process.
Case discussion should be de-identified and remove details that do not contribute to the research question.
Review the method
Peer review examines question framing, sources, interpretive steps, expression, and risk handling—not the person's life choices.
When a view changes, keep the version, revision date, and reason so public work can develop without concealing its history.
