How the public can recognise a responsible reading
Before accepting a reading, people have a right to know what the service does, what it does not do, how it is priced, and how information is protected.

Before: confirm scope and price
A responsible service states duration, price, cancellation, information use, and excluded topics in advance. Vague fees, sudden expensive additions, or fear-based upselling are warning signs.
Any certification should name its issuer, assessment scope, and current status. An association credential is not a government licence.
During: recognise improper claims
A reading may discuss possibilities, patterns, and questions. It should not guarantee a cure, investment return, legal result, reconciliation date, or removal of a supposed curse.
End the service if a practitioner demands isolation, secrecy, continuing purchases, or obedience to personal instructions.
After: retain the right to verify and leave
You may ask what was recorded, how long it will be kept, how to delete it, and refuse any case publication.
Where safety, health, or crisis is involved, contact suitable local emergency or professional support before seeking further symbolic interpretation.
